TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To make the bookings for the Inca Trail or other chosen treks I kindly inform you about the followings:

* The reservations can be made 360 days before the planned day of departure of the Inca Trail. The booking can be made all through the year, by fax or by e-mail.

• The Reservation Office will send you a code with the status of "reserved". The staff at the Reservation and Collecting Office of the Dirección Regional de Cultura del Cusco - INC has to be duly certified.
• The reservation is subject to space availability, being the limitation the loading capacity. 500 PEOPLE INCLUDING GUIDES AND PORTIE PER DAY!
• To make the reservation we need your personal data
• Full mame, (maiden name as well in case of Ladies), date of birth, nationality, passport number, as well as pre payment 50% of the price of the chosen program. These entire data fill be forwarded to the Collecting Office of the Dirección Regional de Cultura del Cusco - INC.
• The Reservation Department Office will register the pre-payment changing the reservation to a "confirmed" status
• The Reservation that has not been confirmed according to the previous clause of the present article will be automatically void.
• The reservation will change to the "reconfirmed" status after paying the rest of the cost the other 50%. It can be done anytime, but at least 3 days before entering the Inca Trail, at the Collecting Office of the Dirección Regional del Cusco – INC

CANCELLATIONS

Eco Wayky’s Tour Agency has to be informed IMMEDIATELY about the changes of dates or cancellations of your trip, by e-mail or by fax. We will not be able to refund neither your payment nor deposit if we receive the cancellations made 48 hours before the starting date. There will be some of your trip expenses that you will be able to use later like: Machu Picchu entrance fee, one train ticket and one bust ticket
